The utility is available as a freeware download.

To install the Domain Time II Windows Time Agent as a stand-alone utility directly from the freeware download setup files:

Time Agent installed, Setup will give you an upgrade option. Your original configuration settings will be preserved during the upgrade).

You may also copy the w32tmdt.cpl program directly into your %system%/System32 folder and the click the Windows Time Agent icon in the Control Panel to install it.*
*
Note: On Vista with UAC enabled, you must Shift+Right Click and choose Run As... from the context menu to launch the Control Panel applet.
On Windows Server Core, type in w32tmdt.cpl on the command line.
Removal
Do not just delete the w32tmdt.cpl file from the %system%/System32 folder - the program should always be uninstalled.
Use Add/Remove Programs utility from the Control Panel to remove the program.
You may also use the original Setup program to remove the program. Run Setup and choose the Uninstall option.
If you HAVE purchased Domain Time II Server or Clients
Windows Time Agent is installed automatically when you install version 4.1 or later of Domain Time II Server or Client services, so if you have
installed or upgraded those programs there are no further steps necessary to install the Agent. However, the Agent can also be installed on its own
using either the distribution Setup program or using Domain Time II Manager.
Installation
To install the Domain Time II Windows Time Agent from the Domain Time II distribution Setup program:
Start the Setup Program and click the link for Expert Mode.
Click the Windows Time Agent Install (or Upgrade) button.
To install the Domain Time II Windows Time Agent from the Domain Time II Manager program:
Start the Domain Time II Manager and connect to the machine on which you want to install Agent.

If you have multiple machines on which you want to install Agent, use Manager's Batch Operations tab.
Removal
Do not just delete the w32tmdt.cpl file from the %system%/System32 folder - the program should always be uninstalled.
Use Add/Remove Programs utility from the Control Panel to remove the program.
You may also use the original distribution Setup program to remove the program:

To use Domain Time II Manager to remove the program1:
Start the Domain Time II Manager and connect to the machine on which you want to remove Agent.
Click the Install icon on the Connected To toolbar to remove Server or Client (this will also uninstall the Windows Time Agent2)
If Windows Time Agent is the only Domain Time II component installed, click the Uninstall icon, on the Connected To toolbar to remove it.
1Note: If Domain Time II Server or Client is installed, you cannot remove just the Windows Time Agent using Manager.
To uninstall Agent while keeping Server or Client service installed, you need to use
the Add/Remove Programs utility from the Control Panel on that machine.
2If Windows Time II Agent was installed before Server or Client was installed, removing Server or Client will not
remove it. You must use the Uninstall icon again after removing Server or Client to remove Agent.
